Occupational Therapist, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist & EMDR Therapist

Chloe is the owner of Dronfield Psychological Therapies and is experienced in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of Psychological and Mental Health difficulties. Chloe has worked in health services since 1990.

Chloe is a qualified Occupational Therapist and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT), fully accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). Chloe is also a qualified Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapist (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist for Insomnia.

Amy Mayfield

Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, EMDR and ACT Therapist

Amy is experienced in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of Psychological and Mental Health difficulties. Amy has worked with adults in a range of NHS Primary Care Mental Health services since 2004.

Amy is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT), fully accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). Amy is a qualified Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapist (EMDR) and is a member of the EMDR Association. Amy is also qualified to offer Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and as an experienced Mindfulness Teacher is able to offer this individual session basis.  

Amy provides high quality individual or group clinical supervision to CBT therapists or trainees, including applying for and maintaining BABCP Accreditation.

Angela Divine

Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, EMDR Therapist and Counsellor

Angela is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT), fully accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BACBP).  Angela a qualified Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapist EMDR) and a member of the EMDR association.  Angela is also a qualified counsellor. 

Angela is qualified and experienced in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of psychological/mental health issues.  She has worked with adults of 16 years and above in a Primary Care setting since 2003.

Andy Powell

Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist

Andy is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT), who is accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). Formerly a Registered General Nurse since 1997, he retrained as a psychotherapist in 2018.   

Andy has experience in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of psychological/mental health issues. He works with adults in the primary care setting and has an interest in trauma work.

Andy can offer face to face appointments from 630pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and Fridays 9-5 and also offers online appointments.  

Treatment sessions can only be arranged following an assessment session. 

Gillian Trueman

Counseller

Gillian is experienced in the assessment and treatment of a wide range

of Psychological and Mental Health difficulties.

After benefiting from counselling herself in 2017, Gillian was inspired to train as a counsellor. This personal experience gives her a deep, lived understanding of the counselling journey and how transformative it can be in helping people navigate life’s challenges.

Gillian has spent over a decade working with children and young people in education settings, giving her valuable insight into the pressures and complexities that many young people face today. She offers a safe, understanding and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace.

She holds a master’s degree in counselling and a Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People. Gillian is also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering to its high professional and ethical standards.

Jo Parnell

Psychotherapeutic Counseller

Jo is a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and is an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). 

Qualifications include PROF.DIP PSY C. ADHD-CCP & C-DBT.     

Jo can support you through a therapeutic journey to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours which are often related to one’s life experiences. Jo will provide an integrative counselling approach to treatment applying the most suitable and effective approach to the person and the topic of the issue in any given situation. Treatment will be flexible, taken at your pace and focused on your individual needs and presenting issue.

Katy Hollox

Integrative Counsellor

Katy is experienced in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of psychological and mental health difficulties and trained as a counsellor 20 years ago. Katy has worked with a broad variety of adults in the NHS as well as for the charities Mind and Burning Nights CRPS Support (chronic pain charity).

Katy is a qualified integrative counsellor, drawing on Person-Centred Therapy and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). Katy is an individual member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and is committed to providing a professional and ethical standard of practice within the BACP Ethical Framework

Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

Magdalena Carey is a CBT therapist and a clinical supervisor, accredited by British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). Over the past 15 years she has worked for NHS, charity organisations and businesses alike, to support people struggling with their mental health and/or unhealthy habits, to overcome their barriers and live happier lives.

Magdalena is an experienced practitioner and regularly undertakes additional training, to improve her skills and expertise.

Sarah Heath

Integrative Counsellor

Sarah is experienced in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of Psychological and Mental Health difficulties and has experience of working with a wide range of clients within a challenging London borough IAPT service.

Sarah is a qualified integrative therapist, and an individual member of the BACP (British Association for counselling and psychotherapy) therefore is committed to abide by their Ethical Framework. Sarah has monthly supervision and attends training workshops in order to support professional development.

Sarah is an integrative therapist, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural therapy. Sarah is also a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO).
